This knife features a full tang (1095) Cro-Van steel blade with a (HRC 56-58) hardness rating providing an excellent cutting-edge ground flat to a 20-degree edge angle.
Knife has a stacked and polished leather disc handle, a classic clip point design, pinned butt cap and double guard to protect against hand slippage; both are powdered metal coated to prevent corrosion.
The blade has a partially serrated edge which helps when cutting through tough materials such as braided or nylon rope.
Knife is made exclusively in Olean, New York, U.S.A. and proudly bears the KA-BAR brand name.
