The KA-BAR / Becker “Tactical Tool”

The Becker Tactical Tool is a full tang HEAVY DUTY tool designed for Law Enforcement, Emergency Response Teams and the Military in mind.

The Tac Tool has an overall length of 12 1/2″ and features a partially serrated combo straight edge 7″ blade which is constructed of 1095 Cro-Van steel, flat ground providing a super sharp cutting edge and better edge retention.

The thick .250″ blade is heavy enough for prying and chopping and has a HRC hardness rating of 56-58. The extended pommel provides for shattering glass or used in a self-defense mode if needed. The tools hook gives plenty of ripping power to handle such items as seat belts, and the partially serrated blade helps cutting through tough materials such as braided or Nylon rope.

The scales which are constructed of smooth Ultramid are designed for comfort as well as control during use and has a wrist lanyard hole built in for added safety.

Police, EMT’s, Firemen, Military, or any emergency response member would find this tool an outstanding asset to get them in or out of most any situation.

This Tactical Tool comes with a tough black Molle compatible hard plastic sheath with several lashing ports providing multiple mounting positions including inverted or to attach to utility belts, body armor and LBV’s.
